Nathan has managed to get close now just as they plan to leave and seeing them leaving just as he arrives starts to make him want to talk for a bit. Just before the female that seems to know the slender winged man turns to leave he steps out from some nearby brush moving the branches far less than is possible as he does so. The subtle magics his body have started to take on are now an accepted part of him, even if he thinks that he may never really like having them.
Now out in the open, still with a hand on his sword, at a rest not really ready to draw, Nathan looks at the others. He is taller than the girl, but not so tall as the thin man with the wings. His features have an almost crafted good look about them, but the dark hair, stubble at his chin, and something about his eyes make him seem more human than the rest might otherwise suggest. He only hopes that his other selves stay put for now, because losing control here would be a disaster.
Speaking with a voice that starts small and finds its normal tone after a few words he says, "Hello, sorry to intrude. I've been staying nearby and I had to make sure you hadn't come here looking for me."

Dakken pulled his arms up defensively again, prepared to fight this time. There simply was no way that there were two decent trespassers in the forest, or rather the probability was rather low. He narrowed his Amethyst eyes, as the soft fabric of his robes rustled against the sticks and leaves on the ground. Would Citra rise to his defense were they about to be attacked? did she know of his races crippling flaw? And that he would at this time be very little help were a fight to break out?
He was slightly relieved when the man opened his mouth and didn't draw his sword, but he remained slightly on edge, a slight fear shining in his light eyes. He smiles softly, it is a genuine smile, but it is laced with the same fear that is in his eyes, "Salutations Stranger."

Citra quickly placed her left hand on her long sword that was strapped to her side and turned to face the stranger that wasn't there before. Though she had sensed another presence, she had just assumed that it was another one of Dakken's... People. She had obviously been wrong, and in this forest, it could cost her life. She would definitely have to take care not to make that mistake twice. She took a step towards the man, placing herself between Dakken and the stranger, while, with a fluid and nearly unnoticeable motion, revealed a bit more of her large bust hoping to distract the man a bit.
"State your business, human(?)." Her voice was like silk. However, unlike Dakken, her face had an expression of seriousness, though the beauty was unscarred by the seriousness. Her platinum blue eyes upon the man’s own eyes.

His piercing green eyes look into the girls sparkling blue eyes and with a slight laugh he says, "Human, I once carried that title; that freedom to die, to simply cease to be. I am simply here to be alone while I deal with my situation."
He paces a bit as he speaks to her he does size her up with a quick up and down glance, but mostly he looks past her to the frail looking winged being behind him. He'd seen more like him in this wood and he tried to make his camp as far away from them as possible. Obviously he'd failed in picking his camp as a place he would meet no one.

Citra's eyes followed his the entire time, her expression not changing, her hand not leaving the hilt of her sword. "You do realize that this isn't the best place to contemplate one's troubles." Though her voice was silken, it carried an air of authority. "I suggest you take your troubles elsewhere."

"It's alright.. I think it's silly that the forest it off limits to people..." He piped in quietly hoping to avoid any confrontation. He let his arms down to try and show how desperately he didn't want to fight. He knew why it was off-limits though and he understood why, but as long as people respected the forest and it's people he didn't see why it should be off-limits.

"Where do you suggest I do that, I'm not exactly a well liked man in most places. Though by this point at least a few of those events would be long past... Besides, I quite like this place and the locals don't seem to mind," says Nathan as he takes a hand off his sword and tries to give her a roguish grin.

Her cool eyes appraised him a moment. Finally, she let go of her hilt and straightened a bit. She gave him a small smile. I know the feeling, stranger.
She turned away from him and began to walk towards her luggage. "Just be sure not to attract too much attention to yourself. This place is more dangerous than you may think." She stopped just short of her bags and turned back to the man. "Have you ever heard on the Empire of the Nightshades? It's a new and small empire, so I wouldn't expect you to."

"More dangerous than I think, perhaps, more dangerous than I can handle... Not likely," says the wandering loner as she turns away from him and takes a few steps towards her luggage.
Then she turns again and questions him, asking about an empire, he thinks and then says, "No, I can't say I have. I've been in hiding a while though."

Dakken listened intently hoping that Citra would elaborate on this new empire, he always loved to hear news of the outside world. That's why he liked it when visitors came into the forest, he would always ask them to regale him with tales of the outside world. He subconsciously brought his hand over to his right wrist playing with the little silver cuff around it. When he realized what he was doing his thoughts fell momentarily to the black haired man he'd seen in his dreams, who had also been wearing the same silver cuff on his right wrist. He felt a strange closeness to the dark haired creature of his subconscious, unlike his kinship with his people. It was only a momentary wander as he snapped back to reality, his gaze setting on Citra, He needed her to help him.

"It's a new empire at the center of the world." She looked up at the sky peeking through the tree tops, still smiling. "A place where demons and humans and elves and any being willing to live in peace unite as one." She sighed. "A place where people whom have no place in this world can call home. Like me. The place is so beautiful, with vast forests and great technological advances." Her gaze fell upon the man once again, her eyes enticing. "Maybe you should find the place? Maybe you could find safety there?"

"You make a mistake in thinking I worry about my safety. I worry for others when that which lies within, strengthens yet threatens to consume manages to reach the surface," says Nathan as he locks eyes with the woman for a second and then looks away.
Then, as if defending himself from some accusation he says, "I know this forest might be even worse, but at least here I can avoid others for long stretches of time."

Dakken's heart skipped a beat, maybe the ebony haired creature in his dream lived there. He wanted to leave the forest, but there was virtually no chance of him leaving without help and good reason, and to the government of Pa'arenthia dreams were not a good enough reason.
His eyes then fell on the other man, "They can't defend themselves, you know, in the latter part of the lunar cycle... If you lose control you'll kill them all. Us... Please be careful." He said softly, almost inaudibly. The man was obviously not from the province and he felt it very important to inform the man of the frailty of the creatures of this forest.
"That's not to say, of course, that they are completely powerless all the time..." He added on also as quietly, He didn't want to make his people seem useless or feeble, even if for half of the lunar cycle, especially in the last phase, their magic was all but a former shadow of itself.

Citra's hand casually found the hilt of her sword, seemingly resting against it. She gave a quick glance to the treetops above, pondering on whether she should stay or not. Having such a potentially dangerous being in the forest during the current part of the lunar cycle probably wasn't the best thing to leave stalking around. She knew nothing of this creature, and even less about what he claimed to be. Of course, whatever he could dish, she knew she could stop. With the great goddess of winter, Fal'Sain, residing within her, she would be able to dispatch any dangers that came upon these currently helpless beings... Assuming she could control it. A risky idea, however it was better than letting the poor souls get slaughtered by a mad man.
Her gaze fell on the man once again, her eyes laced with distaste. "So you would willingly come here and potentially threaten the lives of these people who can scarcely protect themselves half the time? Knowing that there are more desolate forests and deserts and mountain ranges for you to find yourself without being a danger to someone? What of the Rhal'Shung jungle? Shadda mountains? The Rekiel plains? All of them deserted with little to no beings to feel your so-called fury. No, instead you chose a place that's home to these people." A scowl crept across her face. "As if you want to end up hurting them."

"We should really get going though, the patrols will be around here soon." Dakken urged turning and pointing in the direction of his house, "I wouldn't want you to be held up by the Pa'arenthian government, they're fairly callous towards intruders." He slowly moved toward his house as if urging them forward.
He ran his slender fingers through his silver and white hair partly trying to keep the wavy locks out of his face, and partly as a nervous tick. There was one too many outsiders here and that was reason enough for him to be nervous.
